This is one of my favorite venues to see a concert. The seating is comfortable, the sound is excellent. There really isn't a bad seat in the house. Full review by TravelrKB
If you get the Gallo Center app on your phone you can get your ticket through that and not have to worry about physical tickets, if that is what you are asking.
