Incredible museum, a must-see if you visit SLC. You will not be disappointed. Allow 2-3 hours. This is absolutely the best dinosaur-skeleton display I have ever seen.Full review by drquackenbush

Last year we stayed at the Hampton Inn Downtown SLC, 425 S 300 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84101. This is a short drive away from the museum but I'm sure there are nearer hotels. Saying that this hotel is within walking distance of a couple of restaurants whereas a nearer hotel may not be that close to restaurants. However, the drive from our hotel to the museum was very straightforward & no hassle. There is plenty of free parking at the museum.
