Due to the global pandemic, all big bus tours have been cancelled. But because the pandemic is "outside of the Big Bus company's control," they will NOT provide ANY type of refund for tickets previously purchased. This means that in a time where people have job loss and failure to financially pay their bills, this company is hoarding their customers money and refusing to give it back. Keep in mind that their website does say that you can be issued a refund, however they are instead extending ticket dates and not offering a refund. This is incredibly poor customer service and very tone deaf to what is going on in the world right now.
