Paris-based carrier Air France announced Thursday that it would soon begin installing Starlink satellite internet service on its aircraft in 2025.

Air France has announced that it will offer Starlink high-speed internet connectivity for free, starting in the summer of 2025.

Air France announced plans Sept. 26 to begin rolling out free Starlink broadband services across its entire fleet in the summer, becoming the latest major airline to partner with SpaceX’s low Earth orbit constellation.

Air France on Thursday said it has signed a deal with Elon Musk’s Starlink to provide customers with in-flight Wi-Fi, following similar deals with United Airlines (UAL) and Hawaiian Airlines (ALK).

Elon Musk owned Starlink has been growing popular with each day that passes. Air France airline has recently announced that it will progressively roll out an ultra-high-speed connectivity service for a “ground-like” experience for all cabins completely free of charge for Flying Blue customers.
