Jon Miyahara, celebrated for his humorous portrayal of Brett Kobashigawa in NBC's Superstore, has passed away at the age of 83, as confirmed by his daughter and fellow cast members.

Jon Miyahara, who recurred as the stoic, mostly silent Cloud 9 employee Brett Kobashigawa on all six seasons of NBC’s 2015-2021 workplace comedy Superstore, has died. He was 83. His death was confirmed on Instagram by Superstore cast mate Colton Dunn.
