NFL Draft, the Cincinnati Bengals are aiming to shore up a team that just barely missed the playoffs, a five-game winning streak to end the season not enough to overcome a poor start en route to a 9-8 record.

The 6-foot-6, 319-pound Rivers, from University of Miami, is the second offensive lineman the Bengals have selected in this year's draft.
