After last weekend's snowstorm, avalanche conditions are slowly improving across Colorado. Most mountain zones are now reporting moderate to low danger, according to the Colorado Avalanche Information Center.

Scott Wedgewood stopped 27 of the 29 shots he faced to help the Avalanche defeat the Nashville Predators 4-2 at Ball Arena on Saturday and extend its home win streak to 11 games. Nathan MacKinnon, Jack Drury, Victor Olofsson and Valeri Nichushkin each scored for Colorado while Samuel Girard posted two assists.
