The Los Angeles Dodgers have revealed their lineup for Wednesday night’s series finale against the Atlanta Braves — and Freddie Freeman is still not in there. Freeman missed the first two games of the series after slipping entering the shower and re-injuring his surgically repaired ankle.

Manager Dave Roberts told reporters the veteran slipped and injured the ankle in the shower and is considered day-to-day. He also said it was a "mishap" that resulted in Freeman tweaking his right ankle that was previously surgically repaired.

The World Series MVP, who could be back in the lineup as soon as Wednesday, considers himself fortunate that his Sunday bathtub slip didn’t result in a more serious injury.
