If the Eagles lose out and Washington wins out, the Commanders take the NFC East title. Also, the Eagles have a longshot chance at the No. 1 seed in the playoffs if they win out, Detroit loses out and Minnesota falls to Green Bay this weekend.

The Eagles (12-3) close out the regular season next Sunday by playing the New York Giants, who are 2-13. "He's in the concussion protocol, so not a lot I can comment on on that," Eagles coach Nick Sirianni said.

Kenny Pickett will start in place of Hurts, who did not practice all week and remains in concussion protocol. Meanwhile, Linebacker Nakobe Dean is listed as doubtful for Sunday.
