The (SEBI) has imposed a penalty of ₹12 lakh on NSE Data & Analytics Limited, a fully-owned subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The fine was levied due to multiple regulatory violations committed by the company.

Market regulator SEBI has fined NSE Data and Analytics Ltd, formerly known as DotEx International Ltd, Rs 12 lakhs over irregularities with respect to BCP/DR policy, delay in sending acknowledgement letters, and irregularities in system audit reports and cyber security audit framework, among others.
