Anthony Richadrson suffered a nasty finger injury in the Colts' first preseason game, but his X-rays came back clean.

The Indianapolis Colts got a major scare during Friday's preseason game, as presumed starting quarterback Anthony Richardson was pulled from the game following a massive hit from Baltimore Ravens defender David Ojabo.

Colts coach Shane Steichen called him day to day and a pinky injury doesn't sound serious, but if you can't grip the football correctly, you can't play quarterback, and the pinky finger does serve an important role in a quarterback's grip.
