National Weather Service (NWS) meteorologists have issued winter storm warnings and winter weather advisories for 13 states as of Thursday morning as winter storms unleash impacts across the Northern Plains, Midwest, and Northeast.

A winter storm will deliver a punch of snow to millions in the Northeast after it dumps more white stuff on the snowy Midwest.

It’s not even officially winter, but another storm dumped more snow on the Lehigh Valley on Saturday evening into Sunday morning than forecasters were expecting.
