On Thursday, Jan. 15, Bernalillo County District Attorney Sam Bregman held a press conference regarding Timothy Busfield's child sexual abuse allegations. Bregman said that the actor could face up to 15 years in prison if found guilty.
Another allegation against Busfield was reported to law enforcement the same day he turned himself in, according to a court filing.
Busfield, best known for his role as Danny Concannon on "The West Wing," turned himself in to authorities in New Mexico on Tuesday on charges of alleged criminal sexual contact of a minor and child abuse, according to police and U.S. Marshals sources.
On a Jan. 9 warrant was issued for Busfield's arrest on child sex abuse charges. Four days later, he surrendered to police in New Mexico
