Capcom has announced Monster Hunter Wilds’ title Update 1 comes out on Thursday, April 3 Pacific Time, and April 4 UK time. In a showcase video, below, Capcom confirmed the release date as well as what players can expect from Monster Hunter Wilds’ first major post-launch update.

The first title update also begins Capcom’s rollout of “Arch-tempered” monsters - the toughest monster variations yet. First on the menu is the Arch-tempered Rey Dau, which will be available at Hunter Rank 50 or above as part of an event quest on Tuesday 30th April.

There’s more than just Mizutsune on the way in Title Update 1. Players that have been wanting a proper late-game spot to get together will now have the Grand Hub for just that occasion.
