Box truck carrying propane tanks catches fire on 101 Freeway near 405 in Encino area
A fire in a box truck carrying 23-gallon propane tanks was knocked down Wednesday in Encino, with one person sustaining minor burns, officials said. The fire was reported about 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, engulfing the 20-foot truck on the eastbound 101 Freeway, near the 405 Freeway, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
