BOSTON — The Bruins had to spend most of Thursday’s game against the Kraken at TD Garden a man short. Defenseman Andrew Peeke didn’t return for the second period after suffering a lower-body injury in the first period. The Bruins announced Peeke wouldn’t return for the remainder of the game.

BOSTON — The Bruins spent most of their 4-2 win over the Seattle Kraken short on defense. Andrew Peeke left Tuesday’s game with a lower-body injury. Fortunately for the defenseman, it doesn’t appear to be the serious. “He’s going to skate (Friday),” coach Marco Sturm said. “We’ll see how it goes.”
