Several alert readers located a recipe for green pepper jelly made in the microwave. Recipes for the jelly are in both "Tout de Suite a la Microwave" and "Tout de Suite a la Microwave II, " by Jean K.
Place in microwave safe bowl and cover. Cook at HIGH for 9 to 10-1/2 minutes; stir once. Potatoes should be tender. Combine and warm milk, butter, salt and pepper. Drain potatoes and add milk mixture.
