Potbelly's iconic neighborhood sandwich shop recently announced the opening of a new location in the University District, at 2108 N. High St., on Tuesday, making this its fifth location in Columbus.

Chicago-based Potbelly Corp. said last week it has signed a new shop development agreement with Todd Stimson, a longtime franchisee.
