A Virginia man bought two lottery tickets worth $2 each and scored a jackpot prize on the second one, officials said. James Lipscomb matched all five numbers in the July 24 Cash 5 with EZ Match drawing to win a top prize worth $205,001, the Virginia Lottery said in a July 29 news release.

More than 450,000 other Powerball tickets sold in the United States also won prizes ranging from $4 to $150,000, the lottery said.
