22-year-old Dillon Torey Franklin from Arkansas, appeared in Missoula County Justice court just over a week after prosecutors say he broke into a 77-year-old man's home on the north side of town.

Dillon Torey Franklin, 22, claimed to be high on methamphetamine and heroin when he broke into Robert Withrow Jones’ car and threw a chair through the front window of his home, court documents said.
