A federal judge sided with Sunrise Wind on Monday in its bid to lift the administration’s freeze on construction of the project.

Dominion Energy has reached another construction milestone for its wind farm project off the coast of Virginia Beach. Crews installed the first turbine tower — a massive cylinder around 482 feet above sea level — on Wednesday, Dominion spokesperson Jeremy Slayton said.
