Hot, dry and windy conditions continue to fuel the spread of the Dragon Bravo Fire, which has burned over 100,000 acres, with containment falling to 9%. What began as a relatively slow-moving blaze on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon has exploded into one of the largest wildfires in Arizona this year.

As of July 30, 1,194 personnel are working to contain the fire, which is being fueled by mixed conifer, aspen regeneration and ponderosa pine.
