The State Attorney’s Office has filed paperwork to seek the death penalty against Naikishia Williams, who is accused of killing her 7-year-old daughter, Nia, in Riviera Beach. Williams is being held without bond at the Palm Beach County Jail following her indictment on a first-degree murder charge.
