The Legend of Zelda franchise has changed immensely over the years, but Echoes of Wisdom seems to be the blast from the past fans were looking for.

When I reached the credits of Echoes of Wisdom, I thought back fondly on Zelda's adventure, only to realize just how badly she was treated at the end of her story. We break that down and pose how it could have been handled better.

First, know you can only use amiibos from The Legend of Zelda series in Echoes of Wisdom. This means no Animal Crossing amiibo cards, no Splatoon amiibos — none of that. All of these will say they’re not compatible, so put your huge stash of amiibo cards away.
