The 20-year-old Florida State University student accused of opening fire on campus nearly a month ago is scheduled to make his first appearance in court on Tuesday at 11 a.m., according to court documents.
Phoenix Ikner is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and seven counts of attempted first degree murder.
Phoenix Ikner, the suspect in the April 17 FSU shooting, was in court May 13. Officials released the arrest/probable cause affidavit.
Regardless, FSU fans do have a little optimism that head coach Mike Norvell will be able to pull off another rebuild after retooling his coaching staff and roster. Plus, there is something to look forward to as Florida State's matchup with Alabama will mark the first game in a newly renovated Doak Campbell Stadium.
