The Rams edge rusher Jared Verse didn't mince words about his true feelings toward the Seahawks ahead of the massive TNF showdown.

The Rams smelt blood in the water and pounced. Williams broke a 19 yard run to set up a Puka Nacua double move off play action. Nacua would take the Rams into the red zone before Colby Parkinson took another pass that set up the Rams' goal line attack.

Matthew Stafford led Los Angeles to a 17-point outburst in the third quarter, and then held on for the win as the Lions tried to catch up in the fourth.

The Detroit Lions rushed for less than 100 times for the fifth time this season. And, go figure, they are now 0-5 in those games as their season reaches a critical point.

4. Pittsburgh Steelers (7-6), AFC North leaders: They jumped up five spots, from out of the field back into the division lead by winning at Baltimore last weekend.
