Multiple New Hampshire fire departments used lake water to put out a brush fire on Lake Winnipesaukee on Sunday.

The brush fire, which ignited around 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 1, rapidly spread south near Rattlesnake Mountain, ultimately burning approximately 290 acres.
