According to a report by Alexandra Steigrad in the New York Post, CBS’s flagship morning show, CBS Mornings, “will likely be overhauled” amid Tony Dokoupil’s impending move to the network’s evening news program. Dokoupil has filled one of the host chairs on CBS’s morning program, formerly known as CBS This Morning, since 2019.

According to the New York Post, the network is moving Tony Dokoupil to the evening show in the new year, which in turn will create a shakeup at “CBS Mornings” which may result in co-hosts Burleson and Gayle King being off the show.

One of the most-watched shows on the Paramount network, and its premier weekday morning show, is “CBS Mornings.” Hosts Gayle King and Tony Dokoupil, joined by former NFL wide receiver Nate Burleson, provide news coverage each morning.

Each week, every non-primetime game (in other words, the games that aren't played on Thursday Night Football , Sunday Night Football, or Monday Night Football) is broadcast on either CBS or Fox at 1 p.m. ET or around 4 p.m. ET. This means fans everywhere will have at least two games shown on their screens every Sunday afternoon during the season.
