The 16,025 fans at the Prudential Center in Newark went dead silent as Devils goaltender Jacob Markstrom remained face down on the ice after a gruesome collision. Bruins forward Justin Brazeau had crashed into Markstrom after a shot attempt in the crease 3:09 into the second period of the Devils’ 5-1 win on Wednesday.
