Broncos QB Bo Nix has a Total QBR rating of 57.2 going into the NFL playoffs, which ranked 12th among the league’s 14 playoff quarterbacks.

Eight months since he joined the Broncos, there is nothing Bo Nix cannot fix. After producing a winning record and a playoff berth, Nix burst the thought bubble hanging over the franchise’s head since the 2018 draft.

As the sixth quarterback off the board in the 2024 NFL draft, Nix wasn't as highly touted as Chicago Bears rookie Caleb Williams or Washington Commanders star Jayden Daniels, who looks set to win the Rookie of the Year. But he certainly has looked the part of franchise quarterback in his first year.

Nix, the 12th overall pick in last April’s draft, impressed in Year 1, throwing for 3,775 yards, 29 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. His efforts not only secured Denver’s first playoff berth since 2015 but also made him the first rookie quarterback to lead the Broncos to the postseason since Hall of Famer John Elway in 1983.
