This sandwich is made with a bread of choice, cheddar cheese or another forlorn cousin with the same orange color, and slices of spiral ham.

Let the sandwich grill for about 3 minutes until golden. Place butter pats on the ungrilled side and carefully turn the sandwich over to grill; place a heavy pan on top of the sandwich once again.
