Hermann Park has multiple free parking lots available. A lot sits next to the Sam Houston Monument, another one is near the McGovern Centennial Gardens and multiple are located around the Houston Zoo.

The park is free to visit and is open daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Parking is free at select lots in the park; you can also use the paid garage at the Houston Museum of Natural Science .
