KERRVILLE, Texas – Volunteers are arriving in droves in Kerrville on Saturday to aid in flood recovery. The Texas Department of Emergency Management secured Tivy Antler Stadium as the official registration and check-in site for volunteers wanting to help the community this weekend.

The City of Kerrville have released an updated list on the coordinated relief and support services, volunteer information and community resources.

More than 100 have been confirmed dead in the Hill Country Region as of Wednesday afternoon, with over 150 missing due to the catastrophic flooding.

Floodwaters have surged through Kerrville and Boerne. Local groups urge donations and volunteers to help Hill Country recover.

Two of the state’s best-known brands, both born in Kerrville, are showing their support for Hill Country flood victims in a big way. Grocery giant H-E-B started as a tiny family-owned store in Kerrville in 1905. H-E-B, a household name to most Texans and headquartered in San Antonio, now has 435 stores in Texas and Mexico.

In early July 2025, after extreme flooding left at least 100 people dead and 160 missing in Texas, a claim circulated online that country music singers Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan traveled to the state to help affected families.

H-E-B, Dell, Whataburger, Kendra Scott: These are among the companies working to aid Central Texas flood relief efforts.

As KRIS 6 News reported, the Salvation Army Kingsville is taking donations to Kerrville. In addition, 20 volunteers will travel there tomorrow to assist with disaster relief efforts.
