[Plugin issue] Win 11: model noise-suppression-poconetlike-0001 not installed with the v3.7.1-R4.2 installer, nor found after copying manually

I can use 3 of the 4 models of Openvino noise supression. But the best model "poconetlike" does not show up in Audacity 3.7. Nor is it found, when I copy the FP16-files manually in the plugin folder ...
