Rodney Hinton Jr., the man accused of killing a Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputy, is facing a new charge following an assault in the Clermont County Jail.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as 27-year-old Benjamin McComas of Avon Lake.
