Three survivors of last month’s deadly fire at Gabriel House are suing the Fall River assisted living facility, claiming negligence led to a blaze that killed 10 residents and injured dozens more.

Three more residents are suing Gabriel House, the assisted living home in Fall River, Massachusetts where 10 people died in a fire last month.

A trio of residents who lived at the Gabriel House assisted living facility in Fall River when a fire broke out and killed 10 people filed suit on Friday against the facility’s owner and the third-party company responsible for inspecting its fire systems.
