Barangay Ginebra turned on the heat in the fourth quarter behind an avalanche of points to oust Meralco, 113-106 via its 3-0 sweep of their PBA Season 49 Governors' Cup quarterfinal series on Monday at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.

For those who watched the game, this felt like a familiar script - especially for Allen Durham. With Meralco clinging to a 103-101 lead, Brownlee swooped in, blocked Durham's shot and then, drained a step-back 3-pointer in front of him. And just like that, Ginebra took a commanding 2-0 lead in the quarterfinal series.

Justin Brownlee saved the day once again for Barangay Ginebra, sinking a game-winning 3-pointer to push the Gin Kings to within a win from the PBA Governors' Cup semifinals over the Meralco Bolts, 104-103, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum Saturday.
