CBS Sports' Jonathan Jones reported Oct. 4 that the Dolphins were expected to release Hill before the start of the next league year in March 2026. Hill could also be channeling former Dallas Mavericks general manager Nico Harrison, who similarly updated his Instagram bio to "Unemployed" after the team fired him on Tuesday.
