The New York City area could see anywhere from 10 to 14 inches of snow this weekend, according to the National Weather Service.

New Yorkers could see 6-12 inches of snow from Sunday to Monday as feels-like temperatures drop into the negatives. A winter storm watch has been issued.

Hundreds had to be evacuated at the 17-story building before a severe winter storm is set to hit most of the United States.
