A person is wanted in connection to a dog that was found emaciated and then died in Suffolk County. The Suffolk SPCA says a good Samaritan found the dog and reported it on July 19.

The LIRR says crews are working to make necessary repairs to the track and roadbed following flooding at multiple locations across the branch.
