A protest and counter-protest took place after an alleged cover-up of details about suspects charged over rape in Nuneaton.

Defend Our Juries, which organised the demonstration, said between 600 and 700 people were in Parliament Square on Saturday afternoon.

Police confirmed that two women and one man were arrested for a variety of offences including assault, drug offences and abusive behaviour.
