Transylvania County’s jobless rate in June was 3.6%, the same as the previous month, according to the latest figures from the N.C. Department of Commerce.

The N.C. Department of Transportation has been nationally recognized for its collaborative and emergency response to Hurricane Helene, according to a news release.
