Carlos Alcaraz led Team Europe to a comeback victory over Team World in the Laver Cup on Sunday, triumphing in both his singles and his doubles matchups.

Four-time Grand Slam champion Carlos Alcaraz overcame Taylor Fritz in the deciding match as Team Europe rallied to beat Team World 13-11 and win the Laver Cup.

Carlos Alcaraz enjoyed a dream Laver Cup debut as he clinched the victory for Team Europe. Alcaraz and his team-mates trailed their World rivals by four points to eight coming into the final day of the tournament. But the Spaniard beat Taylor Fritz in a decisive, winner-take-all showdown.

Team World and Team Europe were level after victories by Argentina's Francisco Cerundolo for Team World and Stefanos Tsitsipas of Greece for Team Europe on the first day of the Laver Cup tournament at the Uber Arena on Friday.

But Alexander Zverev kept Team Europe’s hopes alive by defeating Tiafoe 6-7 (5), 7-5, 10-5, setting up a thrilling final session. Alcaraz, the French Open and Wimbledon champion, sealed the victory for Team Europe.
