The U.S. President has made it clear on occasion that those who fail to comply with his executive order banning trans athletes from competing in women's sports will face consequences

The Trump administration is freezing $175 million in taxpayer funding to the University of Pennsylvania for defying the president’s executive action and continuing to let transgender athletes compete in women’s sports.

Students and professors are holding a rally on campus Thursday to protest the White House's initiatives that target the university.
