Despite falling 73-71 to the USC Trojans Sunday, Wisconsin basketball guard Nick Boyd surpassed a career scoring milestone.

Wisconsin's shooting struggles took centerstage against USC. The Badgers hit only 34% of shots from the field and 24% from 3-point range. The Badgers surrendered a 12-point lead in the final 12 minutes of the game. MADISON – Greg Gard said after Wisconsin’s previous home game that it is “amazing when you make shots.”

The USC Trojans will be back on the road on Sunday, Jan. 25, to face a Wisconsin Badgers team that has been on fire offensively during their five-game win streak in Big Ten play.
