The family of an Indigenous man says his pain was dismissed as he sought health care in the final months of his life.

The city of Portland, Oregon, is set to pay $3.75 million to the estate of an unarmed man who was shot and killed by police in 2022 after being mistaken for an armed robbery suspect.
