Bryson Kuzdzal ran for 100 yards and three touchdowns to help No. 18 Michigan to a 45-20 victory over Maryland, a week before the Wolverines host top-ranked Ohio State.

The No. 18 Michigan Wolverines, led by quarterback Bryce Underwood, face the Maryland Terrapins, led by quarterback Malik Washington, on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025 at SECU Stadium in College Park, Md.

One year to the day after Bryce Underwood committed to Michigan football, he played up to the billing that came with his five-star status.

Michigan went further down the depth chart at running back — and still produced a 100-yard rusher. Bryson Kuzdzal was asked to step up in the absence of Justice Haynes and Jordan Marshall, and he ran for 100 yards and three touchdowns Saturday to lift the 18th-ranked Wolverines over Maryland 45-20.

Michael Locksley’s success or lack of it this year was never going to be a reflection on Jim Smith. Next year, it will.
