ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. – The National Weather Service has confirmed at least two tornadoes from Monday’s St. Louis-area storms.
A surge of severe storms brought several tornado warnings to central Oklahoma communities, starting early Monday morning and into the afternoon.
