A woman in Pullman, about 10 miles from the scene of the University of Idaho killings, said she awoke to a masked intruder with a knife.

University of Idaho killer Bryan Kohberger was investigated in connection to an armed, late-night break-in of a home full of college girls in a case that eerily matches details of the the quadruple murder he pleaded guilty to last month,

Kohberger was a criminology Ph.D. student at Washington State University in 2022, when he killed four college students in Idaho.
