Senator Mitch McConnell tripped and fell on the basement floor of the Capitol on Thursday. The incident happened while McConnell was walking to the Senate floor. The Republican senator was holding on to his security detail -- when an alleged protester walked up beside him to ask about immigration raids. The 83-year-old briefly let go and stumbled to the ground. With the help of a police officer, McConnell got back on his feet and waved at the camera. It's unclear if he suffered any injuries. McC
